I've been included in taxations for longer then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my employed lifetime!!) and from a legal stand since passing the bar and pursuing tax law. I've provided a lot of advice and rectified a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you've posted makes utter sense. Please persist in the good work - the more people know the better they'll be equipped to handle with the tax man, and that's what it's all about.

Harry,

Have you seen "China steps up, slowly but surely to address emissions issue", http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/10/23/AR2009102304075.html and "AES taps into China's rush to wind power", http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/10/25/AR2009102502132.html

There are photos at http://www.chinahush.com/2009/10/21/amazing-pictures-pollution-in-china/ that show the gravity of China's pollution problems.
