The car accidents are occurred due to negligence of traffic rules and some are due to not proper diving. The idea of introducing the kilometer insurance is good but this has to be followed strictly. Some don’t follow traffic rules and so they meet with an accident and first most important thing is that people should learn to follow traffic rules and also should maintain a certain driving limit. Following driving limit will also help to be safe from accident. carinsurancetemporary.co.uk

You can already buy insurance based on number of kilometers driven (e.g., http://payasyoudrive.com.au/views/content/research.aspx). However, I drive a relatively small amount distance (1500 kms per year), and hence wouldn't mind this type of insurance, but when I calculated it out, the cost was very similar to my current unlimited version with the RACV. Based on this, it seems clear to me that these schemes are certainly over charging (at least for low-risk cars and drivers like myself).
